The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for maintaining the customer trust through quality products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: managing relationships with dealership network agencies, customers, and suppliers.
- Development and implementation of service processes and standards; providing training and technical support to the dealer network.
- Service system management; administration of DMS, EPC, and repair manuals; uploading data to supplier platforms. Processing warranty claims (receipt, analysis, and approval/rejection).
- Supplier tendering,



contract finalization, and review/validation of supplier service payments. Requesting work plans from suppliers aligned with the brand's needs.
- Liaising with HQ and providing feedback based on reports received from the dealer network regarding quality or performance details of the brand's products and services.

Qualifications:

- Education: Automotive Mechanical Engineering.
- Work Experience: 10 years.
- Specific Skills: Servicing, repair, diagnostics, and the development of manuals and processes.
- Business Knowledge: Personnel management, conflict management and resolution.
