Call Center Services International is looking for an energetic Sales Trainer for our Auto Refinance team. This role focuses on spotting areas where training is needed and building a simple, effective learning plan. The trainer will create easy-to-use materials like short videos, step-by-step guides, and hands-on practice sessions. The goal is to help every team member quickly learn the skills they need to succeed without overwhelming them with complex language or long documents.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create a clear schedule to find out what training the team needs.
- Work with managers and other trainers to make sure everyone agrees on the goals.
- Look at performance data to decide what to teach and how to teach it.
- Build training content that is based on real needs and easy to understand.
- Set up and run specific training plans to help the team grow.
- Check all training materials to make sure they are accurate and useful.
- Keep all training files in one easy-to-find place.
- Run welcome sessions for new hires and teach current staff new skills.




- Watch how employees perform and track their progress to keep improving.

- Previous work experience in a call center setting.
- At least one year of experience teaching or training others.
- Must speak and write both English and Spanish fluently.
- Good skills with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and learn new technology quickly.
- Experience in car sales, finance, or general sales is a plus.
