Perform product assembly from work instructions and Blueprints.
- Perform complex Electrical and Mechanical tests of Transducers in a product development environment, using automated and manual test stations to ensure units perform to required specifications.
- Analyze test results and coordinate appropriate adjustments.
- Review all related documents.
- Report all documentations discrepancy (Prints, Routers, Standard Time) to Project Engineer.
- Understand processes and do a complete visual analysis of finish product to meet specification.
- Troubleshoot rejected units to determine cause and corrective action, provide a written rejection report.
- May conduct complex environmental and mechanical test support to assist Engineering with new product development,



reliability and performance improvements.
