Full-Time Graphic Designer & Content Editor
We are looking for a **full-time Graphic Designer & Content Editor** to work remotely with our marketing agency.
This person will be responsible for helping us create and execute visual content for multiple clients across social media, advertising, websites, presentations, and branding projects.
What You’ll Do
- Design social media posts, stories, carousels, and ad creatives
- Create professional designs in Canva
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms
- Create flyers, promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing assets
- Follow existing brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Help create new visual concepts when a client does not already have a defined style
- Make revisions quickly based on feedback
- Organize design files and client assets
- Work on multiple client accounts without losing track of deadlines or details
What We’re Looking For
You should:
- Be highly proficient with **Canva**:
- Have experience editing **short-form video**:
- Have a strong eye for clean, modern design
- Understand spacing, typography, alignment, hierarchy, and branding
- Be able to look at a reference and recreate the style accurately
- Pay close attention to small details
- Follow instructions without needing everything explained multiple times
- Be organized and able to manage several projects at once
- Communicate clearly




- Meet deadlines consistently
- Be comfortable receiving direct feedback and making revisions
- Be proactive instead of waiting to be told every small thing to do
Very Important
We are **not looking for someone who only knows how to use Canva templates**.
We need someone who understands design and can take an idea, reference, brand, or rough direction and turn it into something that looks polished and professional.
You should be able to recognize when something looks off — bad spacing, inconsistent fonts, incorrect proportions, poor alignment, weak hierarchy, or a design that simply does not look professional — and fix it without having to be told every time.
Bonus Skills
Not required, but valuable:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CapCut
- Premiere Pro
- Basic website/landing-page design
- Experience creating Meta/Facebook ad creatives
- Experience working with a marketing agency
- Spanish and English
Position
**Full-time / Remote**
