Payroll AdministratorWe are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to take ownership of complex payroll processes and support a multi-location workforce.This is a high-impact opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex payroll challenges, and brings strong expertise in ADP Workforce Now, U.S. payroll compliance, payroll taxation, and variable compensation programs.You will play a key role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time while supporting employees, partnering with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving payroll processes and controls.What You'll DoProcess weekly, bi-weekly, and supplemental payrolls accurately and on scheduleManage and maintain employee payroll and compensation data in ADP Workforce NowAudit earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefits, and timekeeping informationReview payroll reports, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve issues before payroll submissionAdminister commissions, bonuses, incentives, and performance-based compensation programsCalculate and validate sales commissions and operational incentive payoutsPartner with Finance, Sales, HR, and operational leaders to verify compensation dataHandle employee payroll inquiries professionally and efficientlyProcess rate changes, employment status updates, leave activity, and final pay calculationsMaintain payroll earning codes, deduction codes, tax setups, and reporting structures within ADPSupport payroll system testing, upgrades, implementations, and process improvementsProcess garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and other payroll deductionsSupport year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and reconciliationPrepare payroll reports and analysis for Finance, HR, and leadershipSupport payroll audits, internal controls,
