As the face of Goodera on the ground, you will ensure volunteers have a seamless, engaging, and meaningful experience while supporting nonprofit partners effectively.Key Responsibilities:Manage event setup and logistics, including materials, inventory, and volunteer instructionsFacilitate the full event flow: introductions, agenda, engagement activities, and closingDeliver a high-energy, engaging experience for participantsCapture event highlights (photos, feedback, attendance)



for post-event reportingCoordinate with nonprofit partners to align on goals and executionTroubleshoot and adapt in real time to ensure smooth deliveryWhat We're Looking For:Strong public speaking or facilitation experience (events, workshops, training, etc.)Confident presence with the ability to engage groups of ****** participantsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage logistics and handle unexpected challenges calmlyHigh energy, adaptability, and attention to detailPreferred:Background in hosting (in Spanish), performance, teaching, or similar audience-facing rolesExperience with improvisation or dynamic facilitationRequirements:Ability to stand for 2-4 hours and lift up to 30 lbsReliable transportation to event locationsWillingness to support event setup and breakdownFlexible scheduling - choose events based on your availabilityTraining, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunitiesExposure to integral corporate clients and nonprofit partnersOpportunity to build skills in facilitation, public speaking, and event management
