Role Description As a Principle Engineer - Messaging and Integration system at Incedo, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients using the Salesforce platform. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve problems related to the platform and work closely with other Salesforce professionals to escalate complex issues as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Design and develop messaging and integration systems using tools such as MuleSoft and IBM MQ.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure and deploy messaging and integration solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:

- Thorough understanding of messaging and integration systems such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ
- Knowledge of protocol standards such as REST, SOAP, and XML
- Experience with Middleware technologies and APIs
- Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and patterns
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
- Should be able to identify problems, generate effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues that may arise while working on complex projects.
- Must Display Adaptability to changing circumstances, new technology, and shifting priorities.

Nice-to-have skillsQualificationsQualifications:

- 11-12 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
