As a Lead Engineer (QA) - Application Delivery & Networking domain, we look towards you as an SME with a very good understanding of Network Solution Architectures, Application Delivery Controller (ADC) & Advanced Load Balancer. Your role would be to build & deliver overall QA Test (Automation & Manual) testing.

As part of the Application Delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality of next-generation products and solutions.

- New Feature Verification test especially ADC and SSLi related features
- Finding software defects at the early stage of software release (EA or initial GA) to assure SW quality
- Install, configure and maintain the hardware and software test environment
- Apply specialized expertise in understanding issues, research, and provide solutions
- Work with engineering and support teams on improving product quality and recreation of customer-reported issues
- Share responsibility for improving testing methodology,



processes, strategies, and techniques; incorporate these improvements into the overall testing process
- Advanced TCP/IP networking knowledge (IPv4/IPv6)
- Layer 4-7 load balancing expertise
- Experience with core protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TCP/UDP)
- Strong Python automation and scripting abilities
- Traffic generation tool proficiency (particularly IXIA)
- Technical test plan development experience
- Bug reproduction and verification capabilities
- ADC testing experience (load balancing methods, clustering)
- Linux operating system competency
- JIRA defect tracking proficiency

Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:

- Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols such as Ethernet, VLAN, STP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Experience in network architecture design and implementation.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with network testing tools and techniques.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.

Nice-to-have skillsQualifications

- 8-10 years of work experience in a relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
