For more information, visit or follow Carrier on social media at @Carrier.About the roleAs a Master Scheduler, you will develop and release the short-term production schedule for our presses, ensuring on-time compliance with the production plan while monitoring the supply chain to anticipate and prevent disruptions to production flow.
You'll be a critical link between Materials, Production, Logistics, and Engineering — keeping our operations running smoothly and our customer commitments on track.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding the daily production schedule, sequencing part numbers to minimize operational disruptions across material supply, tooling, and assemblyMonitoring and driving actions to prevent or reduce impacts to planned production volume and sequence due to material shortages or production constraintsAdjusting the production schedule based on material supply constraints, production and maintenance restrictions, special customer requirements, and, when strictly necessary, production delaysReleasing the daily schedule to Production, Line Supply, Material Expediting, and Logistics teams,
communicating manufacturing sequence and relevant informationEnsuring customer requirements are met on time (required week/day) and in accordance with the production planActively participating in new product introduction projects, supplier changes, and engineering changes per passport processTracking Attainment metrics, logging findings and process escapes, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing standard solutions where possibleRequirementsWe are looking for people who are analytical, results-driven, and strong communicators, with a customer focus and a collaborative mindset.
