We're hiring a Corporate Travel Coordinator to lead our travel program from the ground up: booking and logistics, yes — but also budget, savings, KPIs, and vendor strategy. This is a role for someone who has already built a career coordinating corporate travel and is ready to own the full picture: the itinerary and the numbers behind it.
You'll be the trusted travel partner for our executive team, Partners, and Investors — the person who makes complicated trips feel effortless, who catches problems before they happen, and who can walk into a leadership meeting with a clear view of what the company is spending on travel and where it's saving.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end coordination of executive, Partner, and Investor travel — domestic and international
- The travel budget: tracking spend, negotiating with vendors, and turning savings into real numbers
- KPI reporting and dashboards that tell leadership the story behind the travel program
- Vendor and travel management company (TMC) relationships
- Fast,
calm resolution when plans change — because they will
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience coordinating corporate or executive travel
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- A track record of managing budgets and delivering real, measurable savings
- Comfort with data — Excel, KPI dashboards, and travel platforms (SAP Concur, TravelPerk, Sabre, Amadeus, or similar)
- A service-first mindset, sharp problem-solving instincts, and the follow-through to see every issue to resolution
- Availability to support Partners and Investors when travel needs arise outside standard hours
This is a high-visibility, on-site role in Mexico City, with direct exposure to company leadership and real ownership over how the travel program runs.
If this sounds like the role you've been building your career toward, we'd love to hear from you
