As a Director Operational Excellence here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the operational excellence strategy, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. The Director monitors and analyzes operational performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational excellence or related field
- Change management and transformation operations,Continuous improvement,and Lean, Six Sigma experience.
- Project administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in driving change management and process improvement
