Our mission is to connect top talent with outstanding organizations while delivering a high-quality employee experience.We are currently seeking a highly organized, bilingual HR Talent Acquisition Specialistto support our department.Position SummaryThe HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment coordination, employee record management and onboarding operations.
This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leadership.This is a hybrid role based in Monterrey.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring Support- Review, sort,
and screen incoming candidate profiles and resumes- Serve as the first filter in the recruitment process- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process- Assist with HR reporting and tracking metrics- Coordinate internal HR processes and administrative workflows- Provide general administrative support to the HR departmentQualifications & RequirementsRequired:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)- Reside in Monterrey, Nuevo León- Availability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch), as needed.
