We are looking for a Product Data Scientist with strong banking/financial services experience to partner with Product teams and drive data-informed decisions across consumer lending products.
The adecuado candidate combines product analytics, experimentation, statistical modeling, and strong communication skills.Must-Have Skills:- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Applied Statistics, or similar roles- Must have banking, fintech, consumer lending, or financial services experience- Strong experience with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing)- Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference- Advanced SQL skills- Strong Python or R skills- Experience developing and validating statistical/ML models- Experience with funnel, cohort, conversion, segmentation, and product metrics- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, transformations,



and data modeling- Experience working directly with Product Managers and Engineering teams- Strong understanding of consumer lending / credit products, underwriting, risk, or pricing- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders- Experience using AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for analytics and productivity- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, or equivalent experienceNice to Have:- Experience with credit/risk modeling or pricing strategy- dbt, Airflow- Segment, Amplitude, mParticle, or similar product analytics tools- Experience with AWS- Agile/Scrum product team experience- Home improvement or contractor financing experience
