- Ensure OTD by leading or Designing mechanical Drawings such as: Header Steel (Structural Elements) Layouts, Composites, Safety, Pneumatic, Guarding, Netting, etc.- Ensure Quality Audits, support cross audits and revisions to peers and/or less experienced engineers deliverables.
- Solve and refers complex unusual problems to others with more seniority.
- Communicate, solve and track progress status to peers, project leads and managers.
Able to remove roadblocks.
- Takes responsibility and executes improvements that impact directly productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
- Identify needs and create documents, material and/or solving problems references (trouble shooting)
for less experienced engineers.
- Able to coordinate a small team of engineers in technical execution.
Budget management.
- Travel on site might be required.

Using prescribed guidelines and policies.What we are looking for:- Bachelor's degree - Mechanical or Civil Engineering or any other related to Mechanical Design field- Background in Material Handling/Automation industry, preferred.
- 1-3 years of successful experience in related field.
- Applied knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and Technical drawings.
- Applied knowledge of Inventor software and or Structural Design.
- Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
