Job Objective:

Provide and manage process documentation and digital drawings (Gerber), ensuring compliance with Quality System requirements and supporting Process Engineering activities.

Responsibilities:

- Update process documentation for new model introductions, engineering changes, and process changes, including their issuance in PT.
- Create and update foam-cutting drawings for Gerber machines.
- Support DOE (Design of Experiments) activities and document process capability results.
- Prepare and validate Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Collaborate in process improvement and optimization initiatives, focusing on cost reduction.
- Perform Level 2 process audits and participate in Tier 2, APQP, and FMEA meetings/audits.
- Update and maintain spare parts information.





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in automotive leather manufacturing.
- Experience in Product or Process Engineering.
- Knowledge of automotive leather manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Core Tools, including FMEA and Control Plan.
- Intermediate English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Customer and/or supplier relations.
- Negotiation and service-oriented skills.
- Knowledge of Wista, Comelz, RF Welding, lamination, and quilting processes.
