Bilingual Executive Assistant
? Remote | Full-Time
? $1,200–$1,400 USD/month
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a fast-paced U.S.-based company.
This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, managing multiple priorities, and making sure important tasks, communications, and deadlines don't fall through the cracks. You'll work closely with leadership while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling for senior leadership.
- Monitor, organize, and respond to emails and communications as needed.
- Track tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, and ongoing projects.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, reports, and action-item lists.
- Coordinate communication between leadership, internal teams, clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Organize documents, spreadsheets, reports, invoices, and business records.
- Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and occasional personal administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate information in CRM, project management, and internal systems.
- Follow up proactively on pending items to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Previous experience directly supporting a CEO, founder, director, or senior executive.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly when priorities change.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience using CRM, project management, or collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based company or executive.
- Experience in real estate, lead generation, marketing, sales, or other fast-paced service businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead-management workflows.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment.
