TCS is seeking a Field Service Support Engineer to provide end-to-end onsite IT infrastructure support, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise IT services within manufacturing and industrial environments.

The Field Service Support Engineer will collaborate with integral support teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues, support IT operations, maintain endpoint compliance, manage IT assets, and drive continuous service improvements while following ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365 applications, and endpoint management solutions.
- Manage device provisioning, deployment, and compliance using Intune and Microsoft Autopilot.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Coordinate with offshore and remote teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Support Active Directory administration, user account management, and access-related requests.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities through ServiceNow.
- Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, inventory, and disposal activities.
- Perform security patching,



endpoint compliance checks, and vulnerability remediation activities.
- Generate operational reports, participate in review meetings, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in Field Support, Onsite Support, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Availability for full-time employment.
- Availability to work onsite in Monterrey.
