Capital Strategy & M&A;: Lead end-to-end M&A; activities, from target identification and due diligence to post-merger financial integration. Serve as the primary liaison for Private Equity boards and international institutional investors, translating Mexican operational success into integral financial metrics. Build and oversee the framework for ESG reporting compliance, ensuring our operations meet the "Green Finance" standards required for international capital markets.

Tax & Structural Optimization: Strategically navigate Mexican tax law and fiscal reforms while maintaining a transparent, world-class audit trail. 15+ years of experience, beginning with a Big 4 or Investment Banking foundation. ~ Proven tenure as a CFO or VP of Finance within a major Mexican "Grupo" or a multinational corporation with local operations. ~ Fluent English and Spanish is a non-negotiable requirement.
