About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DSS - Identity & Access Management (I&AM;) Developer to join our team in Monterrey. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure digital identities, manage user access lifecycles, and integrate applications to ensure seamless and secure access across the organization's ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, configure, and support enterprise-grade Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, rules, and integration adapters for various target systems and applications.
- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP).
- Automate identity lifecycle management processes (user provisioning, de-provisioning, access modification, and certification).
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application development teams to integrate corporate applications into the IAM infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM platforms, access controls, and system integrations.
- Ensure all IAM systems comply with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in system upgrades, performance tuning,



and technical documentation updates.

Technical Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM tools and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID).
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or BeanShell).
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, OpenID, Kerberos).
- Solid experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP) and databases (SQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with web services architectures (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Understanding of cloud security principles and identity controls (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
