Tential is seeking a Systems Solutions Analyst I to evaluate business and technical systems, identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and help implement effective technology solutions. The role combines requirements analysis, data and integration review, process optimization, solution design, testing, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for system improvements.
- Assess existing systems and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical enhancements.
- Analyze data inconsistencies and help ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability.
- Review system interfaces and integrations to support reliable data and process flow between platforms.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to design technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolution of technical issues.
- Work with business teams, developers, and IT stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain system documentation, process-flow diagrams, and reports on findings and recommendations.
- Research new tools, technologies,



and standard practices that may improve system capabilities.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist with system-related issue resolution.
- Support security, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to implemented systems.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in systems analysis, business analysis, IT solutions, or process optimization.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) practices and delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency with SQL, databases, and data-analysis tools.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and interface analysis.
- Understanding of cloud computing, networking, and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Experience with business-process modeling or diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify system inefficiencies and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Strong collaboration, organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
