Objective

Manage and coordinate the procurement, administration, and control of IT hardware and mobile devices, ensuring effective inventory and asset lifecycle management, as well as compliance with established policies and procedures. The position will provide support to IT operations across the UK and selected regions of Europe, collaborating with vendors, Finance, support teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage IT hardware procurement, quotes, approvals and purchase orders
- Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is purchased according to company policies
- Manage the laptop and desktop estate, including asset records and audits
- Maintain accurate asset, serial number and inventory information
- Coordinate equipment returns, disposal and re-assignment
- Support SCCM data reconciliation with the Fixed Asset Register
- Coordinate couriers, repairs and equipment deliveries
- Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, Deskside Support and other IT teams




- Manage mobile phone provisioning, replacements, repairs and de-provisioning
- Monitor mobile usage, tariffs, invoices and Vodafone administration
- Ensure compliance with mobile device policies and approval processes
- Support IT-related projects and operational activities

We’re looking for someone with:

- Experience in IT Hardware Procurement / IT Asset Management
- Knowledge of laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Experience with inventory, asset registers and equipment lifecycle management
- Familiarity with SCCM / MECM or similar asset-management tools
- Experience working with vendors, Finance and IT support teams
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different locations
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
