Key Respnsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation.
- Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, etc
- Collaborate with other cross‐functional teams to gather, analyse, and refine business and ITSM process requirements.
- Design, build, and troubleshoot ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, MIM, CMDB, CSDM, Change, Portal, Knowledge, ITOM, Request and Service Catalog.
- Perform platform administration activities including user management, access control (ACLs), roles, groups, and Service Portal configurations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and user‐training materials.
- Develop and execute unit tests, regression tests, and QA checks to ensure functional reliability.
- Apply ITIL and ITSM best‐practice frameworks to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with Enterprise and organisational standards.
