We're looking for a Principal SRE Engineer / Architect to drive operational excellence and lead DevOps transformation for a growing platform.
This is a fully remote role (Mexico) focused on ensuring production readiness, automation, and high-impact incident resolution. Lead incident response and root cause analysis (RCA) in critical production environments. Optimize performance and scalability of distributed systems, including capacity planning and load balancing.
Implement and maintain observability using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics. Manage certificates (Venafi,
ECMS, OpenSSL, cipher suites) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, F5, proxies, FTP/SFTP). Proven experience in DevOps automation, troubleshooting, and incident management.
Solid knowledge of observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar).
Experience with certificate management and networking concepts.
Advanced
