Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead Digile’s U.S. market expansion. In this role, you will design and execute our end-to-end go-to-market strategy, run high-impact demand generation programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive enterprise pipeline growth.

Core Responsibilities

- Demand Generation & ABM: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns and targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline in the U.S. enterprise IT sector.
- Content & Sales Enablement: Produce executive pitch decks (high PowerPoint proficiency required), case studies, and solution briefs that translate complex tech offerings into compelling narratives. Equip sales teams with high-impact enablement toolkits.
- Partner & Event Marketing:



Collaborate with strategic technology partners on co-marketing campaigns, co-branded collateral, and industry events/conferences to expand market reach.
- Campaign & Metric Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics across all marketing channels to ensure ROI and inform future strategies.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5 years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise IT services, software consulting, or SaaS.
- Market Expertise: Proven track record of successfully targeting and engaging U.S. IT executives and technology decision-makers.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; strong ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
