Role Description This full-time Marketing Coordinator and Commercial Assistant role at Leaf Real Estate (leaf.com.mx & almarmx.com) focuses on supporting marketing and commercial activities to drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing marketing and sales materials, drafting property listings and promotional content, and supporting communication and tours with prospective and existing clients.

The Marketing

Coordinator and Commercial Assistant will also prepare regular reports for leadership, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation support, and the ability to assist in converting inquiries into opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning skills, including organizing virtual and in-person events,



coordinating logistics, and managing attendee communication.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills, including drafting marketing copy, property descriptions, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, managing deadlines, and coordinating with multiple team members to deliver marketing and commercial initiatives, and commercial asistance on time.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., AI Claude, Gemini and Chat GPT advance skills, spreadsheets, presentation software, project management or CRM systems) is beneficial.
- Experience marketing, sales or a related field is preferred, along with a high level of attention to detail and organizational and comunication skills.
- A relevant associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, sales or business, is advantageous.
