Brother Mexico is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen our brands, generate demand, support commercial growth, and expand our presence across key customer segments and channels.

This role will lead the local marketing agenda across product marketing, channel marketing, campaigns, digital, social media, product launches, and customer engagement, translating market and customer insights into clear strategies and measurable business results.

As a key partner to the Sales organization, the Marketing Manager will work closely with commercial leaders, Product, Finance, Operations, regional and global teams to ensure marketing priorities are fully aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, marketing expertise, analytical capability, and execution discipline.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Strategic Marketing

- - Develop and lead the Mexico marketing strategy based on business priorities, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.
- Translate customer, market, and business insights into actionable strategies that support sustainable growth.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to strengthen differentiation and customer preference.
- Lead marketing strategies for product launches, seasonal initiatives, and key commercial priorities.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing strategy with revenue, channel, and customer objectives.

Integrated Campaigns &
- Demand Generation

- - Lead the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring investments are aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness, demand, leads, and sales.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, content, agencies, vendors, media, and promotional mechanics.
- Establish clear KPIs and evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and business impact.
- Use performance insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and investment allocation.

Channel Marketing
- - Develop and execute marketing strategies across Retail, eCommerce, distribution, and other relevant commercial channels.
- Partner with Sales and key channel partners to develop joint marketing and promotional programs that accelerate Sell-Out and demand generation.
- Optimize channel marketing investments based on performance, customer opportunity, and business priorities.
- Support partner engagement through events, trade shows, training, webinars, and other activation programs.
- Strengthen alignment between brand, product, channel, and commercial strategies.

Product Marketing &
- Go-to-Market

- - Lead local go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and commercial messaging.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure launches are supported by strong market insights, competitive positioning, pricing considerations, and channel strategies.
- Monitor competitive activity, customer trends, and category performance to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Adapt global product and marketing strategies to the specific needs of the Mexico market.

Digital &
- Social Media

- - Lead the digital and social media strategy to strengthen brand awareness,



engagement, and demand generation.
- Oversee digital campaigns, content strategy, social media, website initiatives, and other digital customer touchpoints.
- Use digital analytics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
- Ensure digital initiatives support broader product, campaign, brand, and commercial objectives.

Business Performance &
- Marketing Analytics

- - Establish marketing KPIs and dashboards to track performance across campaigns, channels, products, and initiatives.
- Translate data into clear business insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Manage the marketing budget with strong focus on effectiveness, ROI, and disciplined investment.
- Present marketing performance, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with Sales to understand commercial performance and adapt marketing priorities as needed.

Team &
- Organizational Leadership

- - Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing team, establishing clear priorities, expectations, and accountability.
- Build team capabilities through regular feedback, coaching, and development.
- Foster strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and other functions.
- Create an environment that encourages ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Regional &
- Integral Collaboration

- - Serve as a key marketing partner to Brother's regional and global teams.
- Collaborate with Brother International Corporation (BIC) in the U.S. and Brother Industries, Ltd. (BIL) in Japan on product launches, campaigns, brand priorities, and strategic initiatives.
- Adapt global strategies and assets to maximize relevance and business impact in the Mexico market.

Experiencia y Calificaciones

- - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive Marketing experience, including experience managing complex marketing programs and strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Strategic marketing and integrated campaign development.
- Product Marketing and Go-to-Market strategy.
- Channel Marketing across retail, eCommerce, and/or distribution.
- Demand generation and promotional programs.
- Digital and social media strategy.
- Marketing analytics, KPIs, performance measurement, and ROI.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales teams and commercial leaders to deliver measurable business results.
- Experience leading and developing marketing professionals.
- Experience working within a multinational or international organization and collaborating with regional or global teams.
- Experience adapting global strategies to local market needs.
- Experience in Technology, Consumer Electronics, Office Equipment, Consumer Goods, or related industries preferred.
- Business-level fluency in English and Spanish.
