? WE ARE HIRING | NOMINATED FINISHING ENGINEER (NFE)
We are looking for an experienced Nominated Finishing Engineer (NFE) to join our team and support denim garment finishing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support garment finishing/washing development and production.
- Work closely with laundries, production teams, Quality, and Technical teams.
- Monitor wash standards, shade, hand feel, appearance, and overall garment performance.
- Troubleshoot finishing and washing issues and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure finishing processes meet brand requirements, quality standards, and approved samples.
- Support new developments, bulk production, and problem-solving at the factory/laundry level.
- Travel to manufacturing and laundry facilities when required.
Idóneo Candidate
- Strong experience in denim garment washing and finishing.
- Solid knowledge of washing processes, recipes, chemicals, and garment effects.
- Experience working with international brands and manufacturing teams is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make technically sound decisions.
- Willingness to travel as required.
