Role Description The Operations Analyst Intern will support day-to-day operational activities to help optimize processes across Momento’s digital insurance platform.

This on-site role in Mexico City, Mexico involves collecting and analyzing operational data, identifying process inefficiencies, and assisting in the implementation of improvements.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, customer service, and product to track performance metrics, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities may also include documenting procedures, monitoring key operational indicators, and contributing to initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Qualifications





- Currently studying the last semester of the University
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting to support operational reporting and analysis
- Enrollment in a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in digital platforms, insurance, or fintech; experience in a similar industry is an advantage
- Working proficiency in Spanish; English skills are beneficial for internal communication
