Join our manufacturing team and support daily maintenance and production technical operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is idóneo for recent graduates or students close to graduation who are looking to develop their careers in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry while gaining hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

- Daily management and administration of the Maintenance or operation in a Production Technical area (We have two open positions):

Maintenance Administrator:
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Capital projects, TPM Plan, Time-Outs
- Oversee the daily management and administration of the Maintenance Department.

Production Technical:
- Monitor equipment performance and production processes.




- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Support compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

- Recent graduate or currently pursuing the final semester of an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 is desirable.
- Internship, co-op, or practical experience in a metal-mechanical or automotive manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Upper-Intermediate English
