Title: SAP Onsite Program Manager

Job Description:

Experienced SAP Onsite Program Manager with extensive expertise in leading large-scale SAP S/4 HANA transformation, rollout, and support programs across multiple countries, business units, and manufacturing locations. Proven track record in managing end-to-end program delivery, including project planning, governance, stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk mitigation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.

Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams across SAP modules, including FI/CO, OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, PP, MES, and Integration workstreams. Skilled in driving business process standardization, localization requirements, data migration, testing, change management,



and deployment activities while ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Demonstrated ability to work closely with business leadership, plant managers, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to deliver successful SAP programs. Experienced in managing manufacturing and automotive industry implementations involving Mobile Data Entry (MDE), JIT Call Processing, MES Integration, Local GAAP Compliance, and E-Invoicing requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and executive reporting skills with a focus on business value realization, operational excellence, and successful user adoption across general SAP landscapes.
