We’re looking for someone who can:
Own the full finance function across two businesses Lead budgeting, forecasting & FP&A; Drive cash flow, treasury & working capital Strengthen controls, reporting & governance Partner with GMs on profitability and business decisions Identify risks before they become problems Build processes and systems that can scale Lead and develop a finance team The profile we're looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Public Accountant), duly graduated and licensed, Postgraduate degree in Finance is highly preferred 8-10 years of progressive finance experience 5+ years in Finance Manager / Financial Controller / senior finance leadership Strong IFRS + Mexican/local GAAP knowledge FP&A;, budgeting & forecasting experience Treasury, taxation,
audit & internal controls Strong Excel + ERP experience Excellent financial analysis & modeling Fluent English + Spanish Commercial mindset and strong executive communication Available to travel The Opportunity Financial reporting and month-end close Budgeting, forecasting and FP&A; Cash flow, treasury and working capital Tax, statutory compliance and audit Internal controls and financial governance Commercial and operational finance Risk management Finance systems and process improvement Team leadership and development What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits including: 15 vacation days the first year, Family psychological support Workplace in Colonia Juárez Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
