The Marketing Performance Operations Specialist supports the demand generation team by managing paid media reporting, attribution, tracking implementation, and marketing data systems.This role ensures campaign performance is accurately measured and provides actionable insights that help the paid media team optimize budgets and improve lead generation outcomes.This position will be remoteReports to: Head of GrowthWhat You Will OwnBuild and maintain paid media performance dashboardsMonitor marketing attribution and conversion tracking accuracyConnect advertising platforms with internal data systems such as Salesforce and analytics toolsPrepare weekly and monthly performance reporting for marketing leadershipAssist with campaign tagging, tracking parameters, and data hygieneIdentify trends and performance insights across channelsSupport budget pacing and forecasting modelsAssist with campaign experiment analysis and reportingWhat You Will Need to Accomplish the Job 4+ years experience in marketing analytics, marketing ops, or performance marketing reportingExperience working with Google Analytics, advertising platform reporting, SQL and BI reporting tools (Snowflake preferred)Strong Excel / spreadsheet skillsFamiliarity with marketing attribution and conversion tracking - specifically incrementality studies.
Experience with Salesforce reportingExperience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker,
