We are looking for Semi-Senior Software Engineers with experience in Python and Rust to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust microservices using Python and Rust.
- Identify bottlenecks in our Python applications and optimize them by rewriting critical modules in Rust.
- Collaborate on the design of scalable, secure, and highly available architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code (unit and integration testing).

Requirements

- Backend Experience: 3+ years of software development experience using modern programming languages.
- Python Proficiency: Strong experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, along with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio).
- Rust Experience:



1–2 years of hands-on experience (or demonstrable personal projects), with a solid understanding of key concepts such as the Borrow Checker, memory management without a Garbage Collector, and safe concurrency.
- Databases: Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis/MongoDB).
- Best Practices: Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

- Experience integrating Python and Rust directly within the same applications or systems.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud environments.

Work Model

- This position requires regular on-site work at office in Polanco, CDMX
