Quality Resident Improvement work includes:

- Creating and implementing quality management programs focused on continuous improvement of manufacturing-related business systems from the customers' point of view
- Identifying and monitoring customer and employee feedback loops regarding the effectiveness of manufacturing-related business systems and processes
- Encouraging broad-based employee engagement to gather information and implement changes at every level in the organization

Responsibilities Responsibilities typically include:

- Maintain direct contact with customers.
- Report customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate corrective actions and follow-up activities with the Plant Quality Engineer.
- Monitor the status of customer-reported concerns until closure is confirmed.
- Review customer systems to ensure responses have been provided for all reported issues.




- Coordinate defect analysis meetings and customer response activities in collaboration with the Plant Quality Engineer.
- Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
- Comply with assigned activities related to Biosafety measures and COVID-19 protocols.
- Maintain a well-organized, orderly, and clean work environment through the implementation of 5S principles.

Education Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Experience Requirements

- At least +1 year of professional experience in a similar position.
