The Quality Trainee will support the Quality department in ensuring product and process quality meets Valeo standards and customer requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management within the automotive industry.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures and standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.
- Support the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits.
- Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.
- Assist in maintaining quality documentation and records.




- Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, PPAP).

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in quality management.
- Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or quality-related environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a significant asset.
