Job Overview A growing solar energy company is seeking an energetic Bilingual Recruiter to support candidate outreach and pipeline management. In this remote role, you will call warm leads to assess their qualifications, handle objections, and build rapport to drive interest. You will also schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring teams, and track candidate statuses using GoHighLevel CRM.

This position is adecuado for a proactive communicator with experience in sales, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound calling.

Schedule: Remote, Full Time | Mon-Fri,10:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST with 30-min paid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Candidate Outreach & Qualification

- Call warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Speak with potential candidates and assess their experience, motivation, availability, and overall fit.
- Build rapport quickly and create a positive candidate experience.
- Handle questions and objections and encourage qualified candidates to move forward.
- Follow up with candidates who do not respond to initial outreach.

Interview Coordination

- Schedule qualified candidates for first-round interviews using Calendly or similar scheduling tools.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure interviews are scheduled and completed.
- Help keep the recruitment pipeline active and organized.

CRM & Recruiting Administration

- Update and maintain candidate information in GoHighLevel CRM.
- Keep accurate records of calls, candidate status, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Move candidates through the appropriate stages of the recruitment funnel.
- Maintain organized documentation of recruiting activities.




- Provide feedback on candidate quality and recommend improvements to the recruitment process.

Must-Have Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, recruiting, customer service, or outbound calling.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong ability to build rapport and engage candidates quickly.
- Confident handling objections and follow-ups.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
- Clear and professional English communication.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

- Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience with Calendly or similar scheduling platforms.
- Background in door-to-door sales or other competitive sales environments.
- Experience working with young, motivated, or high-energy sales professionals.
