Manage recruitment from start to finish Keep interview cycles moving smoothly, capture useful feedback at each stage Take a proactive approach to sourcing - leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and direct candidate outreach Juggle several open positions at once while keeping your ATS clean, current, and accurate English and Spanish, spoken and written ~ Skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, with a strong track record of proactive sourcing ~
