THE ROLE

Regional Sales Manager for an international manufacturer of assembly and test equipment for the automotive industry. The role covers Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, and is based in Ciudad Juárez but a different location may be considered if you are the right fit.

You will own:

- The region's commercial results — sales, order intake, margin and conversion
- Leadership of the sales supervisors, their sales force and the commercial back office
- Relationships at decision-making level with Tier 1 manufacturers and OEMs
- Pricing and commercial negotiations on complex, multi-year capital equipment projects
- Alignment with plant management, engineering and service across the region

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





- 10+ years in B2B industrial sales, with multi-million dollar budget responsibility
- Proven experience leading and coaching sales teams
- Background in wire harness manufacturing or equipment for the harness industry
- Industrial automation experience strongly valued
- Degree in Automation, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Field-oriented leader with a strong sense of urgency toward the customer
- Willing to travel approximately 60% of the time
