As Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for executing sell-out strategies according to the needs of each retailer's point of sale, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives through proper supervision of the sales team.
Main duties:
- Supervision of the point of sales team to ensure the achievement of sales quotas
- Define line objectives to ensure the projected growth ranking and market share by retailer and by door
- Fulfill the sell-out quota each month according to each point of sale in their area.
- Develop commercial strategies at the point of sale to suggest options on how to maintain business viability
- Supervise sales and marketing/trade marketing activities to ensure that sales objectives are met
- Effectively resolve issues related to BCs and point of sale needs to ensure the achievement of objectives
- Recruitment and Selection of BCs to ensure a good team that meets objectives on time
- Fulfill the sell-out quota each month according to each point of sale in their area.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining the % turnover and career plan of the point of sale team
Skills and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Ability to anticipate sales requirements and market and brand needs
- Problem-solving
- Team leadership
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Sales-oriented
- Analytical skills for decision-making
- Strong sales techniques
- Intermediate/advanced English
