This role is focused on identifying critical business opportunities, designing structured solutions, and driving end-to-end execution to deliver measurable impact on cost, efficiency, and operational performance.
You will work closely with senior leadership, influencing key decisions while leading complex cross-functional initiatives that directly impact the company's P&L.Key; ResponsibilitiesLeading all Carrier Excellence Transformation projects in the AmericasIdentifying performance gaps across operations and defining high-impact transformation initiativesLeading end-to-end execution of strategic projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and productivity improvementBuilding and presenting business cases with clear financial impact (e.g., cost savings, operational improvements)Managing cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, and business functionsEngaging with senior leadership (Directors, VPs) to align on priorities and report progressDriving the implementation of Carrier Excellence methodologies (Lean, Continuous Improvement,
