We are currently looking to add a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to our HR Department located in our office at Queretaro.
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Responsibilities:Lead recruitment, selection, and retention activitiesOrganize and actively participate in the recruitment and selection process, including defining selection criteria, creating questions and tests, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, verifying references, etc.Extend job offers and prepare offer packages for selected candidates.Propose and execute human resources programs and services focusing on recruitment and retention.Provide communication and training to both management and staff concerning recruitment, selection,



and retention initiativesOffer guidance and counsel to both management and staff regarding recruitment and selection mattersAssist the management team in workforce planning and related staffing requirementsEstablish and uphold policies and procedures for recruitment and selection in compliance with employment lawsOther HR Support Activities:Engage in and support Human Resources projectsProvide guidance and recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights laws, and other related regulations in recruitment and selectionParticipate in Career and Job Fairs as well as recruitment initiativesRegularly review, maintain, and update job descriptionsRequirementsBachelor's degree or College Diploma in a Psychology, Administration or related field is desirable.
