Leading a complex site separation and facility transition in Mexico. The role demands someone who can manage multiple technical workstreams, coordinate vendors and stakeholders across regions, and execute a successful IT cutover with zero drama.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

✓ Site management experience MANDATORY

✓ 5+ years IT Project Management (proven track record)

✓ Direct experience managing site relocations or facility migrations

✓ Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals

✓ Ability to juggle multiple vendors and distributed teams

✓ Strong communication—both written and in-room presence

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

◇ PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification

◇ Manufacturing or life sciences sector background

◇ ITIL service management familiarity

◇ Experience in large, complex enterprise environments

◇ Pharma Experience

PRIMARY SKILLS

- IT Project Management: End-to-end delivery of infrastructure migrations and facility buildouts
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Managing business units, technical teams, vendors, and site leadership simultaneously
- IT Infrastructure Planning: Network, data center, end-user computing,



telephony, and facility systems
- Risk & Budget Management: Controlling scope creep, schedule adherence, and financial guardrails
- Cutover Execution: Go-live planning, parallel run management, and post-migration stabilization

SECONDARY SKILLS

- Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodology application
- Cross-functional team leadership and collaboration
- Compliance and security policy enforcement
- Asset migration and system transition management
- Operational readiness assessments
