About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Analyst to join our team and support organic content and performance reporting across Spanish-speaking Americas (SSA). This role is ideal for someone who is creative, data-curious, and passionate about digital culture, gaming communities, and social media trends.

You will work closely with Social Media Managers, Community Managers, and cross-functional teams to help plan, execute, and measure social media initiatives across SSA markets, ensuring content is culturally relevant, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of organic content across platforms such as Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Monitor social media performance metrics and compile regular reports with actionable insights on reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance
- Track trends, cultural moments, and platform updates relevant to SSA markets and flag opportunities to the team
- Assist in the development of content calendars, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines, brand guidelines, and regional priorities
- Collaborate with the Community Management, Influencer, PR, and Paid Media teams to ensure social content is integrated across all initiatives




- Support the creation of briefs and content references for creative teams and local agencies
- Help maintain internal documentation, content trackers, and reporting templates
- Assist in social listening efforts, identifying relevant conversations, sentiment shifts, and audience feedback across platforms

Requirements

- Fluent Spanish, written and spoken; English is required; Portuguese is a plus
- Strong interest in gaming, digital culture, and social media trends
- Familiarity with major social platforms and their native analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, X Analytics, YouTube Studio)
- Basic understanding of social media KPIs and performance reporting
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across different countries and cultural contexts within SSA
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus

Our work model:

- It's a 100% remote position, under a contractor model, in which you would send us monthly invoices in your country’s currency (Ex. Argentina Peso) and paid directly to your local bank account.
- 15 days of paid time off per calendar year, to use in any order you prefer.
- By the end of the year, the agency takes a "recess period" of around 5 days for Christmas + New Year's eve; Local holidays are also respected as paid time off. Of course, sometimes this depends on a case by case basis, since working with general brands may require acting according to their schedule, but it's something we always try to balance and compensate for, so even if something critical needs to be taken care of, you will be able to take the corresponding day off at another moment.
- Annual bonus of up to 100% (100% when completing a full calendar year of work and adjusted accordingly for newer arrivals) equivalent to 1 month’s full payment, paid at the end of the year (December), when renewing contract.
