You'll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently while gaining exposure to sales operations and business development activities within a growing international company.What you'll doProcess and enter customer orders accurately into company systemsReview and verify order details, pricing, product availability, and customer informationCoordinate with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveryCommunicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and issue resolutionManage order changes, cancellations, returns, and special requests when neededCollaborate with Sales, Customer Service,



and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and improve order accuracyMaintain organized and accurate records of customer orders and interactionsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order fulfillment processSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyParticipate in training and development opportunities related to inside sales and business development activitiesWhat we're looking for1 to 3 years of experience in order processing, order management, customer service, sales support, or a related fieldExperience working with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRMProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English Why join us?
