You specialize either in motion graphics or you are a strong visual designer with some experience with motion design.
You live and breathe eye-catching, arresting design, photography, typography and visual communication.Responsibilities include but are not limited to;Has strength in 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology, and/or concept developmentUnderstands ad performance and how to iterate based on data metrics and insights (KPIs)Proactively implements performance learnings into creative development processHolds quality of work to a high standard across all clients and projectsAble to actively participate and develop concepts for modular content, long form, brand activations, and 360 campaignsCollaborates with team members to build out storyboards and decks for all types of projectsContinuous focus on growth and challenging both other team members and themselvesAdoption and honing of new creative trends, emerging processes and platformsProactively communicates with project and team leadership on progress and bandwidthAbility to determine and propose inventive and non-traditional solutionsProactively communicate with Project Managers,
Art Directors and Account Managers to update on progress and bandwidth Have a minimum of 4 years industry experience collaborating with teams and working independentlyHave a passion for and familiarity with digital advertising & content, particularly paid & organic socialHave a strong portfolio filled with engaging, attention grabbing design, motion design, and campaign workBe well organized and a great collaboratorKnowledge of typography, design, animation, and motion graphicsExtensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite primarily After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of Indesign and/or Premiere is a plus)Hold quality of work to a high standard across all clients and projectsWork with team members to build out storyboards and decks for all types of projectsProven experience with AI motion tools and image generation, demonstrating the ability to create dynamic visuals and animations through advanced technological solutions.Nice to haveKnowledge of automation tools and workflowsUnderstand data/performance and how to iterate on creative based on performance insightsExperience working with Google Slides, Frame.ioAble to actively participate and develop concepts alongside the rest of the team A growth mindset: you don't shy away from learning new things, tackling new challenges or asking questions.
