The Paid Media Execution Specialist supports the demand generation team by building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across paid search and paid social channels.
This role focuses on campaign implementation, budget pacing, and performance monitoring to ensure paid media programs run efficiently and scale effectively.This is a highly execution-focused role designed to increase campaign velocity, testing cadence, and operational efficiency across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.This role is remote- Mexico Reports to: Head of GrowthWhat You Will Need to Accomplish the Job2+ years experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn AdsFamiliarity with keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structuresExperience executing A/B tests within paid media platformsStrong attention to detail and campaign organizationWhat Will Make Us Love You Experience with B2B lead generation campaignsExperience with Salesforce or CRM attributionFamiliarity with conversion tracking, GTM, or analytics integrationsAt Weave, we use Artificial Intelligence (AI)
