Role Description The Supply Chain Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining demand and inventory plans to support sales and service levels for fashion accessories across regions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and inventory data, forecasting demand, coordinating production and replenishment schedules, and aligning plans with merchandising and marketing teams.

The Supply Chain

Planner collaborates closely with operations, logistics, and the customs brokerage team to ensure timely product availability and efficient distribution. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, identifying supply chain risks, and recommending process improvements to support brand and product growth.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with experience in inventory management.
- Candidates should possess production planning and operations management skills to coordinate supply, distribution, and replenishment activities.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and KPI tracking.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods distribution, and familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Mexico City, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish; English skills are beneficial for cross-border coordination.
