Job Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a technical engineer or system integrator in IT infrastructure field.
- Familiar with Linux system installation, configuration and daily administration.
- Proficient in cloud computing, virtualization and Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) with hands-on deployment and maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and systematic problem analysis skills.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good time management and multi-tasking abilities for concurrent technical projects.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide remote technical support for POC validation and after-sales issues resolution.
- Track and resolve technical incidents, and deliver regular customer service reports.
- Perform on-site device installation, integration and commissioning for customer network, cloud and security environments.
- Deliver technical training for customers and channel partners.
- Escalate product defects and technical bugs to R&D; team and follow up on resolution progress.
- Develop project technical documents and maintain internal knowledge base.
