They ensure that production targets are met, workflows are streamlined, and quality standards are maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow managementMonitor production processes to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and meet quality standardsCollaborate with production teams to identify and address process inefficiencies, equipment malfunctions, and other issues that impact production efficiencyManage and train production staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively and safelyCreate and maintain production schedules, ensuring that they are aligned with customer demand and production targetsConduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure that safety protocols are being followed and that all equipment is functioning properlyDevelop and implement production policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all production activitiesStay up-to-date with new production technologies and techniques,
