Project Manager/Engagement Manager (Professional Services)Location: Mexico CitySchedule: Hybrid, with Wednesdays and Thursdays required in the officeCompensation: $1,200,000 MXN annually.
.Required qualification- Fluent English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing (Portuguese is a plus but is not required)- Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience- Professional Services, customer-facing project management, engagement management, implementation, or delivery experience- Experience managing several short, fast-moving customer projects simultaneously- Experience working directly with customers and Sales- Ability to scope, estimate, quote, and help negotiate Professional Services engagements- Experience managing a small team, ideally Technical Account Managers or similar technical/customer-facing professionals- Strong business mindset with enough technical knowledge to understand the work being performed by engineersTechnical backgroundThe candidate does not need to be a technical expert, but should understand- Enterprise software deployments- Software integrations within customer data centers- IT infrastructure- Cryptography, encryption, decryption,
